Peniel Missions, Inc. The Center offers an after school drop-in center for children and youth in South Stockton. Computers and assistance with homework are offered to the children, in a safe environment. snacks are provided daily. This is a Christian-based organization. It is not a requirement to be a Christian to participate in programs.
