Tracy Community Connections Center (Tracy CCC) provides services and support to Tracy area homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. Services include shower, laundry services, emergency shelter, recuperative care and case management.
Tracy CCC has launched its mobile shower trailer Monday and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is stationed at El Pescadero Park, 301 West Grant Line Road in Tracy.
